"Pricing felt a little off"
A few of the item prices weren’t what I expected when I went through the site. Kind of frustrating. The site itself works fine overall, but the pricing felt a bit misleading. Definitely something they need to fix

"Pretty Fast, but Has Its Moments"
Most of the time the site loads fast, which I appreciate. But every Now and then, especially after logging in, pages will freeze up or take longer than expected. It’s not a huge deal, but it does get kinda annoying when I’m trying to open cases.

"Free rewards aren't worth the wait"
I signed up for the free rewards thinking there’d be some decent stuff, but there’s barely anything available. Every time I check, it’s the same empty selection, and on top of that I end up waiting in a queue just to be disappointed again. feels like a waste of time...

"Good variety without overthinking it"
I mostly use Farmskins for the skin selection, that’s the main reason I keep coming back. There’s usually a decent mix of cheaper items and some nicer CS skins, so it doesn’t feel like I’m scrolling through the exact same stuff every time. The inventory changes enough to keep it interesting, and if you’re just looking to browse without making it complicated, it’s fun

I had a small issue with a payment/refund and expected it to drag on forever. I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly, not instantly, but still totally reasonable. They looked into it, sorted everything out, and the refund came through without any hassle. Simple, fair, and easy, which I really appreciate. 5 stars from me! 🙂

Steam connect kept failing for me, and the site just kept telling me to try again like that was supposed to fix everything. I couldn’t get my drops or balance to show correctly, and all the vague promises about it working “soon” didn’t really help. Support was slow to respond too, so the whole thing felt frustrating and sketchy. I’m not trusting it with my Steam account again.

"Support helped, but it took too long"
I had to reach out to support because of an issue with my deposit. To be fair, they did eventually reply and got it sorted out, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up a few times. What also annoyed me was that the terms seemed to change or at least weren’t very clear from the start, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely slower than it should’ve been. 3 stars feels about right.

The games just don’t feel very fair to me. The whole experience has this frustrating vibe where wins barely happen, but the losses pile up really quickly. Maybe it’s just bad luck, but it definitely feels kind of rigged after a while.

I made a deposit on farmskins and it did go through, but it took longer than I expected. I guess I just picked a bad time or hit it when things were moving slow, because I had to wait a bit and refresh a few times. Nothing got lost, which is the main thing, but the whole process could definitely be smoother. Overall it was okay, just not great.

I wasn’t too impressed with the case variety on Farmskins. It felt like the same types of cases kept popping up over and over, and there just wasn’t much that made me want to keep browsing. I got bored way quicker than I expected. For a site like this, I figured there’d be more options to choose from, but it felt limited. Come on now, give people a little more variety

"Mostly Works, Just a Bit Slow on Mobile"
Overall, it works fine for the most part, but I’ve noticed the mobile pages can be a little slow to load sometimes (not always, but enough to notice). The buttons also feel a bit awkward to tap, especially on a smaller screen (kind of annoying when you’re in a hurry)
